Rowan’s Prestige Portraits Story
Grad Portraits that Capture a Milestone
My grad year was special because it was my last chance to really prepare myself academically for university, and a last chance to spend time with my friends and family before I move away for school. It was definitely important to capture with grad portraits because it was a really significant year for growth and learning.
A Fun Session and Perfect Photos
My Prestige Portrait experience was lovely! The photographers and staff were definitely much warmer and more personable than any other photography companies that I've ever shot with. I appreciated how much they did to make be feel comfortable, and they helped me create the perfect set of graduation photos.
To get ready for my session, I went with my everyday look for the casual photos so I could accurately capture my true self. And for the formal grad pictures, I gave my most genuine smile. I knew my portraits were perfect the moment I saw them because they reflect how much fun I was having.
My portraits matter to my family because they feel real. Instagram and Snapchat are more superficial and temporary, while actual physical copies of portraits hold more meaning. I gave one to my dad for Father’s Day.
Ready for What’s Next
On my last day of school, I was sad to be leaving some really important relationships, yet I felt so excited to finally be able to go to university and study what I love, which is gender and women’s studies. My grad portraits help capture a year I’ll always want to remember.
